good morning! Currently going through our renewal right now with NetSuite and our AM just emailed us saying if we don't sign before the 30 day window, then it will auto renew? I swear last year we signed a few days before our contract is up. Does anyone know what this auto renewal is and how do we go about negotiations? we only have 4 days left then until this "autorenewal"

Yikes - I hope they didn't throw auto renew language into our renewal last Nov/Dec.
