What’s everyone’s experience adding a NetSuite module and then not needing it. Has anyone been able to cancel that module or had to keep it? Tia

I believe you can only remove it at contract renewal time.

Sounds like something you should discuss with your account manager. They might be receptive to exchanging a feature (at the same or greater value than the one you're already committed to). But no guarantees.

Exchanging is probably your best bet. Can't go down on ARR

We've been in this situation before. They said exchanging was not an option for us either until renewal
