NetSuite has readily available translations for some of its pre-defined record types and fields, but for any custom record types, field, or custom text, you have to use translation collections and provide the translations yourself.

09/29/2022, 4:58 PMI guess I am a little confused, since normally there is nothing to translate in an address. Company names, people's names, street names, etc. typically don't change regardless of the language. For sure example, even when printing a document in English for a Mexican address, you would still use the local names, and not translate words or terms into English.

10/11/2022, 3:02 PMNetSuite supports Unicode. I know I have seen Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Hebrew text, so I imagine Arabic should be supported too. You do need to use the correct fonts to display it, though.

10/11/2022, 3:06 PMThe bigger problem is, there is nothing native in Netsuite that can even validate addresses, let alone translate them (and do a proper job of it) for you. If you have addresses entered in English, some service (probably human) will need to find the correct corresponding Arabic address from the English version that was entered. I have my doubts that there is any software that can do that and do it correctly for all of the addresses.
