any suggestions for cancelling a running Map/Reduce script, have this on in our SB that has been stuck for over a week, already have a case with NS support but no end in sight. Testing out a new bundle in SB that we already spent time configuring so would hate to do another refresh and restart. have already tried undeploying the script, and commented out all the code.

Isn't there a cancel button/link on the Map/Reduce Script Status page? (Customization > Scripting > Map/Reduce Script Status (make sure the filters are showing your script running, should be all the way on the right)). Not sure what you would do if that's not available/doing anything. Continue to harangue NS support I guess.

• Edit the Deployment and mark it as inactive and save. • Edit the script record and on the Deployment tab uncheck or change the Deployed checkbox or dropdown (I don't remember). • Make the Script inactive and save. Wait and it will stop.

Thanks, gave these a try but still no luck, its has been over an hour and it's still stuck in Processing status.
