Anything cheaper than Celigo? I've got a client jumping up and down about the their 22k USD Celigo spend. They are desperate to get it down after recent downsizing in the organisation. I DO NOT want to suggest SuiteScript point-to-point integration as this will need babysitting and is harder to maintain. Are there other middleware providers (ipass) that offer cheaper unit costs for a similar platform? (their main integrations are Shopify and Salesforce). I am close to telling them to suck it up to be honest but thought I would ask here what other people are doing. I personally think 22k is fine and I've told them this.

I do not have a suggestion of another cheaper solution, but I will like to mention that I have seem custom integrations that are dynamic enough where babysitting is close to not existent.

Hey @rico, to be honest, I think this is already a lost cause with them unless you're willing to discount. I suggested removing the NetSuite<>Shopify app and I can rebuild the flows in integrator but the sales rep/account manager said the base platform SKU has a higher cost with the 2025 pricing which will kick in as soon as he removes the app which brings us over the budget anyway. Unless you're willing to take a margin hit for these guys, it's not going to work.

Have you looked into NetSuite connector? I think that connects Shopify and salesforce
