Hi @al3xicon - sure, apologies, I thought a 4 hour gap would be sufficient. For reference our partner implementors have the support contract with NS, I am also chasing this with NS commercially - none of which is moving fast enough for my organisation! Have also posted to the user group. Any other suggestions welcome.
