Hi @robertbaugh ! Unfortunately, SCA doesn't have "Publish Forms" functionality as SuiteBuilder does. I think, two options are possible: - create an Online Form and embed it to your SCA store via CMS (as an iframe) - develop a custom module (frontend part + backend service to invoke nlapiSendEmail function)
