Hi, When I am trying to print an invoice PDF copy, it is throwing an error “An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.” Any idea what it is causing the issue? It started happening since y’day.

are you using the native template or the advance pdf one?

I'm getting the same issue with advanced PDFs in our account, however it only seems to be specific to chrome browser. Edge / Firefox work fine.

In Chrome I also get an unexpected error when trying to edit a advanced PDF template. Trying the "Standard" advanced PDF template still errors. The basic PDFs work fine

There might be browser compatibility issues running on your advance pdf template

for us it was fine and has broken for all users overnight

I can't even get to the template editor in chrome though, which makes me think it's more than just the template itself
