Hello People, on our SCA website, the shoppers are unable to register (create new account) using mobile phones. The process works fine on desktop or laptops but it fails and display "An internal error has occurred" on mobile phones. Any reason why this might be happening?

I'm not able to replicate this in my test environment, so I would suggest raising a case

I have raised and waiting for case to be created no one has contacted me

We were able to resolve the issue. We had a custom field of type date in our registration form. It was working fine in desktop but throwing error on mobile devices. We couldn't find the reason for the error but had to work around the issue to resolve it.
