Nothing native. You could check workflows because I know they do some stuff on line items now, but I don't think a pop-up window is one of those things, but otherwise yeah you're stuck with scripting.

I've had some halfway decent luck with asking Stanley to write me some scripting. The devs who know what they're doing have told me it's not necessarily great code, but hey if it works and doesn't kill your performance, maybe you don't care.🤷‍♂️
