Drag and drop missing. My first customer upgraded to 2025.1 on the weekend. Today they are reporting that the drag n drop box is missing from user role logins. My administrator role does show. About to log a support case, anyone seen similar?

very common. they are working on a fix, not sure if it has been rolled out. have you tried a hard refresh to clear cache on browser

thanks @Israel Gonzalez. The Ctrl SHIFT R works a treat for the the users. We have a issue now with the DND Setup Wizard which I'll update later.
