hello, I have a sandbox account and looking at mass update inventory quantities so I have no issues when I'm trying to play around I don't have any issues with inventory. As far as I know easiest way would be to mass import quantity on hand?

if you are not using LOt Numbered Items, you can use Inventory Worksheet template to update stock levels, if so then you need to import an inventory adjustment with all your items

I do have lot numbered items so what would the difference be? thanks for quick response

would I be better off doing a saved search of all inventory so I have the fields available? I have not done much mass import/export yet

yes, create a search with all your items, add the internal id of them to make easy to map, internal id is the only field necessary. Then you need to the file a column with a reference to Netsuite add all lines on same transactions, everything else like qty, lot number, location, you can add directly to the mapping as default value

on quantity field, you need to set how many units you wanna add, you can set it to 1000 then it will increase current On-hand by 1000 units
