Implementation phase is long gone and stakeholders involved in it are also gone. Is there any harm to be expected by uninstalling NetSuite One Implementation Bundle?

Same risk in uninstalling any bundle: someone put critical information into a field they didn't realize was part of that bundle and if the bundle gets uninstalled, that field and the info goes away and is unrecoverable. All that said, I'd hope that no one put anything critical into a field from the NS One bundle, so it's probably fine to uninstall

I'll check what I can regardless but no one has yelled at me yet for removing the center links.

dont see any issue with that - unless as @RJMNS mentioned you may loose some data. As far as I know this bundle doesn't interact with any transactions
