Does anyone know of any secondary permissions that might affect the ability to see the Accounting List items, like Term? Using REST web services, role has full permission for Accounting Lists, but still getting a do not have permission when trying to get a Term from the list?

If you can copy the link to the page in a working role, then switch to a non working role and paste the link, you can get more detail on the permission that’s missing. Just learned this myself.
