Hi Everyone! Does anyone use the time-based charge rules on projects to bill time? Is it normal for it to create a saved search every time a new time rule is created? This was set up before my time and I'm wondering how scalable this is?

Hi Kyle, when you say saved search, are you talking about the filter section in the charge rule ?

Not exactly. I mean a saved search gets created automatically and runs

this is not the standard behaviour, can you check if there is any script for this

I checked and could not find any scripts or workflows that would trigger this

As well as i understand saved search should not be created on rule creation

I've never seen this before in any company I've been at

Hi kyle i checked, and it does create saved search every time i created rule. i didn't noticed before because i didn't lot of time rules created.

Thanks for checking! I'm trying to figure out a way to manage this going forward. I don't know how the engineers thought this would be scalable.
