04/15/2021, 10:27 PMI have a custom record type that has ENABLE SYSTEM NOTES ticked, however records that have been edited are not showing system notes. I’ve tried editing the custom form but there isn’t even anything showing the system notes there for me to decide where they should appear on the form.

04/15/2021, 10:33 PMso ENABLE SYSTEM NOTES is to enable if they are stored in the DB, and SHOW NOTES is whether or not they appear on the form

04/15/2021, 10:37 PMyes I know that. But User Notes have nothing to do with System Notes so I’m not sure why there is one toggle for both
