I'm trying to turn on access for customers and following all steps from the help center I still do not see the subtab for access. Anyone else had this issue?

Try customizing the form, and exposing 'access'

OR use the default customer form and observe if it got renamed/moved in your custom forms

yup your right! Now when I open a new sales order in the customer center I have no items I can choose from only discounts. Any ideas?
