Anyone else having strange issues after update? We can't send purchase orders or print packing lists. We could fine on Friday before the update

We are unable to copy text from generated PDFS. It copies random characters rather than what the text shows. Are you receiving any errors when attempting to email or print?

Nope, just contact support. It worked on mine but not another persons. Once I updated to the most recent chrome it stopped working.

Copy/Paste from PDFs that generates bad or random characters is usually a font issue.

That's what I am thinking. This happened to us on 2 different NetSuite accounts, both Prod and Sandbox for each

Damn. That sucks. I only know about this because a company used custom fonts on their PO PDF's and their vendors complained that copy/paste generated bad data. I had to revert all to original NS fonts.

I tried using a custom font but with NotoSans as that should be system default and it would not work properly, just came out as Arial
