Anyone use Cybersource to capture payments in Netsuite? I installed the bundle following the instructions, but when I try to capture a payment, I get a really generic error saying “Payment has not been successful. An error occurred while processing your credit card. Please contact the merchant for further assistance.” Any ideas what I can check?

I'd perhaps start by logging in to Cybersource, then going to the Transaction Management section. You should automatically see the last 50 payments and/or attempted payments listed. You can get more information by clicking on the Request ID there.

thanks @scottvonduhn however there is nothing showing there as if it's not getting to cybersource at all. I'd love some sort of log that can tell me where the error is. Any idea where to see details on the error? Thanks.

if it's not making it to Cybersource, then I'd check that you have the correct key file loaded (if you have a test and production Cybersource, make sure it's using the right one). Beyond that, if it's not working as expected, you'd probably have to contact Cybersource support

For PCI compliance reasons, most credit card gateways will not log very much information, if any at all, so that usually isn't available.
