Hey all, I’m using the standard commissions module and having an issue. We have 2 schedules setup, one is working just fine and bringing commissions into the “authorize commissions” section just fine. The other is not bringing the commissions into the “authorize commissions” and I can’t figure out why. The plan is setup with correct dates, the sales rep is assigned, and the invoice is paid in full during the time period set on the plan. The schedule that isn’t working is based on a custom field. Anyone encounter something similar before and have any tips? TIA!
