Hi all, we've linked our chase account to Netsuite via Netsuite's bank feed suite app. However we are unable pull bank reconciliation. On the banking import history, shows import completed with no issue. Can anyone help?

Bank feed suiteapp is problematic, since it uses Yodlee's screen scraping technology (basically it takes screen shots then captures the statement data.). Thus this sort of issues happens all the time. Better off using ABSI (Auto Bank statement Import) Suiteapp - along with Bank statement parser. It creates an authenticated SFTP connection with your bank's SFTP server and pulls the EOD statements.
