I want to do cold emails, which is not really what NetSuite is for. I would like to send emails direct to contacts, companies, ect while in NetSuite, but be able to have the reporting that only a 3rd party provider would have (Open rate, CTR, ect)

02/12/2025, 5:44 PMWe do currently have Hubspot, however the integration through Celigo is very expensive, and it would require further development on top of NetSuite to send Hubspot emails while in NetSuite. I am looking for something a little more plug and play.

02/12/2025, 5:50 PMI am open to any suggestions other than Celigo. I was quoted about 18K for the integration, and that doesn't include the futher development needed in NetSuite to use Hubspot emails in the NetSuite crm, only the data sync.
