Hi, we have one user that is getting an error message when clicking on an inventory item to view and/or edit within NetSuite. We have a support case open, but it's been a couple of days now. Does anyone on here have a suggestion or experienced a similar issue? Thanks for your time!

What is the error message they receive?

Generic error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

You could check the scripted records page for inventory items and look at any user event with a beforeLoad function or any client script with a pageInit function to see if any of them have errors.
