Not sure if this is the best channel for this question but I’ll try here. We are using a template for an email from a Transaction. We’d like to address the recipient by name, as we do with marketing emails, using something like $(entity.firstName), however if we try that from a Transaction, the value is replaced with the CUSTOMER’s name, rather than that of the actual recipient of the email (who could be someone else). Is there a way to access the recipient’s name in the template?
