I was able to create a script to automatically generate WOs for Sales Orders. It's SUPPOSED to show the sales order it was created from with the createdfrom fieldID but it doesn't show up on the WO form regardless of being checked to show in primary information

If you are creating the Work Orders individually it may not work as you are expecting it to work. To properly create Work Orders from a Sales Order it must be done via the line level checkbox

so the native NetSuite process kick in and create the Work Order.

That field must not be present on the sales order form I'm using ?

its an item sublist field thats available when you first create the sales order

I did not see that option, I'll have to check again. Is there somewhere in preferences it may be turned off maybe? Also I believe we use a different form from the default sales order form. Thanks for the info I'll look tomorrow
