Natively, no (https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/80379/loc/en_US), but you probably could do this and that should get you there (https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28654/loc/en_US). If it really is just one customer, you could also maybe get away with creating a separate transaction form and just have the entry folks know to use it for that customer, but the workflow solution doesn't seem too too difficult, so that'd probably be what I'd do just for peace of mind and scalability.
