@jen did you find it useful for something in particular? I’m curious on specific use cases

one of the use cases they demoed that seemed useful was feeding it the communication history of a supportcase, and asking it to create a summary
(summarise the convo and dump that into a long text field, for example)

I prompted it for "What version is Netsuite running on" and got a wrong answer.

I don’t think it knows anything about your system though unless you feed that in as part of the prompt. Like if you asked “what was our total sales in Q4 last year” it wouldn’t know unless you fed it the sales data.

yes it did reply that it could not answer those types of question that pertain to user data but i would at least have expected it to know what version NS was on.
The response from the "AI" was...Netsuite currently runs on version 2022.2, released in April 2022, which includes enhancements to SuiteCloud development tools and introduces SuiteSuccess, a new adaptation of their software aimed at medium-sized businesses. Version 2023.1 is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2023, offering further improvements and new features.
