I have an old Item Fulfillment record dated between October and December of last year. Unfortunately, since the year has changed, I can no longer edit the record. The item was not marked as fulfilled due to a system error, even though it has already been dispatched. Is there any way to update the record to reflect the correct status as “Fulfilled (In Transit)“?
