Do date/time fields update based on the users time zone?
ex: I create a new Date Time field on a record and set it to `1/1/2025 05:00PM` (I'm on Mountain Time)
If someone opens that record that is on Eastern Time, would it show `1/1/2025 05:00PM` ? or would it show `1/1/2025 07:00PM` (+2 hours ahead)

Actually, I confirmed that the time IS updated based on the users timezone.
I set a date+time, then changed my preferences to a different time zone, and the time portion of that field updated
