Is it possible to log in as relation for a specific suitecommerce website/domain? I want to check something under their account but prefer not having to reset the password

It is not possible to log in as a particular contact without changing their password, no. You can create a new contact, assign it to the customer, and the log in as that contact.

Okay, good to know. Was able to replicate the issue in our sandbox so that helped as well to solve this.
