Looks like the value in your query is datetime, not date.  That's likely the cause of your issue.

Maybe need to write your own so you can convert the lastExportDateTime to a date before we send it to SF

Well <@U03V0UT07BN> I'm out of ideas. We've logged a bug internally for now. Would the realtime listener work for you here? You could have it set to trigger when the opp goes closed won which should give you the same result as far as delta-ing
