Is it possible to download the entire scripts folder of Documents on NetSuite?

You mean from the UI? Every folder has a Download button at the right

If not from the UI, you can use SDF to do so

or potentially SuiteTalk, not sure on that one though

The `/SuiteScripts/` folder ID is always `-15`, so this URL would download it if you are authenticated: `<https://YOURACCTID.app.netsuite.com/core/media/downloadfolder.nl?id=-15>`
