My company was sending transaction emails via Iterable and have switched over to NetSuite sent transactional emails instead. The emails itself are working fine but we've ran into an issue with Talk Desk. When a customer replies to the netsuite sent email, that email is sent to talk desk but shows up as
system@sent-via.netsuite.com rather than the actual email the customer is sending from. does anyone have any advice or could point me to the right direction on how to solve for this?
