Yes, this is due to the latest SDF plugin. It uses Oauth 2.0 instead of 1.0.

You will have to re-authorize the credential for each accounts.

I switched back to 2024.1 on the plugin and its fine, when I have some free time I will go back to .2 and try launching from cmd

Sure, makesure PowerShell is available in path.
Tools needs to run some commands, and this error usually happens when PowerShell isn't available in Path.
