@Steve Goldberg the new comunication Breaking Changes in CMS Custom Records, that is refering to the Lazy Loading for CMS Custom Records, only refers to versions newer than 2019.1, what happend on previous versions? no patch is required or there is not an oficial patch for those versions? Will this sites break too ? Or we need to apply the same patch than for 2019.1 - 2021-2 (the permission changes) Thanks!

The older code won't break because it's not using the particular syntax that's affected by the change

@Steve Goldberg We also received this notice on an account that had an older bundle for SCA installed but it is no longer in use. The client is currently using SuiteCommerce Standard, since the patches are for 2019-2023 versions of SCA is it safe to assume no action is required for their instance with SuiteCommerce?
