we are having issues with pages loading

What sort of issues? I've been having issues (for weeks) with my webstore pages having "cache miss" problems in Chrome..... Folks browse our site, and randomly files / images / javascripts fail to load from their local Chrome Cache. Super frustrating. Other browsers don't seem to be affected, but of course, Chrome is the most popular for laptops and desktops.

Yikes, that's slow. Do you have the APM SuiteApp installed? I believe it stands for Advance Performance Monitoring -- and it allows you to track page and record loading/edit/saving times. I've used it to find where the delay is a few times. It's a useful tool to have installed and is completely free.
