Anyone else facing issues with wrong items showing on category pages?

our pages are not rendering properly, started yesterday

no, on menu options, where there are groups of tabs at the top, it is showing all records instead of the records for selected tab - functionality is not working to let you select Pre-Auths, Flat Rate Codes, or Claims
