Hi, can someone help?
All has been lost in sandbox after Sandbox refresh. The domain has been reset up and shows under Website list, all green on the domain tab. However, when I go into extension manager the website is not showing.  We use SuiteCommerce on production and site builder was my only option for sandbox. Any guidance in getting this live again would be greatly appreciated.

Did you configured the touchpoints in the domain ?

The website is not showing up or the domain when creating a new activation ?

Do I need to install bundles again too or just extensions?

Are you sure that touchpoints are configured on the domain ? not the ssp application

Yes, the domain name in Sandbox does have touch points assigned.

i can see the production domain in sandbox too, is that normal or should it be deleted?

I had to manually add the configuration via records list, and the same for applying the theme.
