HI Everyone, I have just refreshed Sandbox and after activation, I cannot access it, I am getting this error: Error An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again.

I've been in and out of my Sandbox all morning no issues

It can be like that for a couple of hours, happened to me before. Then it suddenly starts working

It was ok after like 15 mins, thanks

Note that I've recently had the issue where you can get in, but where the user count doesn't update properly for an hour or so. Meaning we were maxed out on users in Prod. We refreshed the Sandbox with "Administrators Only" having access. Tried to add in a couple users right away and kept getting that "you're out of users and need to purchase more" form. It was annoying.
