We are moving to a new locations. I was wondering if any of you have done this and what are the best practices in regards to inventory count. • Do we need to do a count before and after the move? I will appreciate any information you can share.

It might depend on what your product is, but it is standard practice in my experience to do a proper inventory count before and after the move.

Mario, what works best with RF-SMART is move the inventory to the new locations systematically, than you use our inventory count set up feature. This allows you to count and set up the new location and catches any variances. I don't see where you woudl want to count it twice.

That's what we have been discussing. We might have to do Before and After counts.
