Seeing a really high uptick of password resets and coworkers/customers receiving invalid password. Standard NetSuite login (system.NetSuite) Logging into a specific account id fails

We just had that all of a sudden too. I had to use the User Access Reset Tool to Initiate PW Reset and to Unlock User. For some reason it was multiple users at once that had issues, all of which could reset pw on their own except one. Status page didn't show issues, but they are always slow to update.

Just curious- what data center are you on? We are US Ashburn 1

NetSuite partner so we have bundles across data centers, so let me get back to you on if it’s just Ashburn!

I opened a case with them as well. They said they've had reports from a lot of different users, and they will reach back if they file a defect.

We’re seeing a wave of these today. Mostly our users in Asia but that might be a time issue rather than location. Edit: Affecting EU now too, so just timing.
Checking the login audit report the “Detail” column reports “WrongPassword” but there’s no way 20+ users all forgot their password today.

Finally looks like it’s on the status page. First reports we had were near 8:30am CST (12hours before status)

Same thing here. 5 different users emailing me to reset their password

They sent me an email this morning stating "Our Product Engineering team is rolling back a recent code change that is causing unexpected login issues for some users."

Our IT guy just sent an email saying there were some issues (we're in Indiana).
