Hi All - I just created a custom record with a custom list/record field of "Transaction". I have this custom field set to be a parent record and the parent subtab set to "Communication". The custom record is correctly showing up in the sublist section of my transaction communication tab, however my new custom record sublist is showing up in front of the Messages sublist list which is not desirable. Our preferred use would be for the new custom record sublist to appear after the Messages sublist. When I customize my transaction form and try to reorder the sublists, my custom record does not appear in the sublists list. Any idea how I can reorder this sublist?

The only suggestion I have is maybe you overlooked something like for example if you have multiple custom forms and are grabbing the wrong one as the default. Have you double-checked to make sure that you are pulling the right form in the new view after they make the edits? It sounds like you are hitting all the right steps so you might be overlooking something painfully obvious. You could also try to clear your history - another weird thing the browser could be doing is remembering the wrong form.

Thanks Boris. I'm definitely editing the correct custom form. I click the "customize form" link directly from the sales order. I customize forms fairly often so I'm pretty confident on this. I'm also just noticing now that I have other custom records that appear as sublists in other subtabs on the sales order and those too do not appear in the sublist section when I'm customizing the form. Very odd.
