I am suddenly running into an issue where I cannot select other employees form a transaction search using the "Sales Team Member" field. It cannot be permissions because it is impacting Administrator as well as everyone else. For some reason it still works fine in my Sandbox, but in prodution it fell apart Any ideas what could be causing it?

Did you recently increase the number of users? There was a tipping point for us where we experienced exactly what you're describing but I don't remember the number.
