Hi all, I was developing a custom module on one of our client's accounts, and it looks like the customer didn't renew their license and the account got closed a few days ago. The problem is, there are some templates and record definitions that we didn't take a copy of... is there any way we can get them back?

The client would have to sign a temporary contract with NetSuite and pay a good amount of money to get the instance back to where it was upon close. It would be the same service that NetSuite does when a Sandbox refresh happens and it needs to get reversed
