Did NetSuite reduce the time after sending an “access granted email” before the link expires? Recently everyone I’m trying to set up for NS access is saying the link expired if they don’t sign up right after getting the email. Very annoying.

Mine still shows 72 hours, which I changed back when we first implemented, it was set to 8. Did you check what yours is under SetUp > Company > General Preferences

No idea what this bit is about “The default value, 24 hours, is hard-coded in the in the following standard user access email templates:
Customer Center Access Email
Partner Center Access Email
User Access Email
If you change the default value in General Preferences, you must also update the value in the user access email templates.”

I don’t see anything “hard-coded” into the default user-access email.

I never changed anything on the EMail template except for adding some info, and our links do not time out until after 72 hrs, tested it. We do not use it that much anymore since moving to SSO.

OK. Well I’ll try changing the setting to 72 hours (was set to 24 which seems a bit silly). Thanks. Didn’t even know it was a setting.
