Hey all! Has anyone seem something like this before? Really has me stumped. Manual sales order entry in the UI. Editing the same order with 2 different user roles and getting different results trying to add the same item using part of its item name/number. Role #1 role doesn't find it but role #2 does. However, role #2 can find it by searching by the 1st part of the SKU instead (in this example, WS-AP25 7x9. Here, I am testing both roles myself, so no difference in user. Any ideas what could cause this difference in roles??

Under Preferences -> Analytics, do both have
Popup Search Uses Keywords
ticked?

I found this 60 seconds ago while comparing user preferences side-by-side. And yeah, this was the issue

I’ve added “tell people to tick this” to my onboarding process since it has caught us out so often.
