We recently just updated our Cybersource key and certain users are getting rejections saying the key is bad while others aren't. Has anyone else run into this issue? Does it maybe take time for the key to propagate or for people where it was failing it needs to be reset in some way?

Your users getting a rejection cleared their cache recently?
Do they get it in all browsers?

Did you create a brand new key and then update Netsuite right away? It takes a while for the new key to become fully active.

Yeah, we created a brand new key and imported it immediately.

If I recall correctly it took about 1 hour. But that was a few years ago.

I set up new keys, but leave the old ones in place. Wait a day or so, then check Cybersource transactions to identify which key is being used. Once all transactions show the new key, delete the old one.
