Just checking with Canadian folks who is traveling to USA from Canada for COVID Test Requirements for fully vaccinated 1) Canada to USA- No covid test is required but proof of fully vaccinated 2) USA to Canada- No Covid test is required but need to upload fully vaccinated documents on ArriveCan app

Air Canada linked me to this form to also complete. https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/pdf/NCEZID_FRM_Pass_Attest_Eng-508.pdf. Looks a little redundant but I'm going to complete it and carry it with me. That will take 1 minute compared to 30 minutes if I am asked for something I don't have.
