Hey All. I have a simple question. One of my users was forwarding an email from the communication tab on a sales order. In the message, her name and "old" title were populated. Her title was changed 3 days ago. I have no idea where her name and title are being pulled from, or even why? When i try, nothing gets populated. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Did you look under Set Preferences and see if they have anything set up for the Signature under User Profile

@Todd Juenemann while on the subject, do you know if an admin can view and or modify a users preferences. I imagine they can be queried with SuiteQL

Possibly I do not know, I know you can set some of them on the Role record, but the user can go in and change them still, like we set our SBX account to a Pink color theme, but I have seen users go in and change that.

Gotcha. With most of my users remote, it's always a pain to have to walk them through the user preferences to tell me how a field is set when debugging a problem. This and user dashboards are not very friendly for us Admins, lol

It would be nice to have more control over dashboard, it would be nice to be able to push out an update and not overwrite everyone customizations, or just push out an update or pre-set dashboard to a new user and not affect others that use that role. I talked to a developer at SuiteWorld last year, and more control features are on the road map. When who knows.

100% it's a huge gap. I have a small base of users, but even with that, i hate overriding everyone's existing dash. maybe some day.......
