On the Picking Ticket PDF I am printing from a Sales Order, 1 inventory item appears, but the other 4 inventory items do not appear. Why don't all the inventory items in the Sales Order appear on the Picking Ticket PDF, and only one of them does? None of the item lines are shipped or fulfilled, none are committed, none are closed. What else should I be checking? All the item lines appear on the Sales Order PDF. I don't expect non-inventory items to appear on a Picking Ticket, but I can't explain why only 1 inventory item is showing up while the others aren't, on the Picking Ticket.

Do you have Backordered items?

Hello, there. Actually yes; the only line with back ordered quantity is also the only one that's showing on the picking ticket. Does this mean that when there are any back ordered quantities on the order, their Picking Tickets only show the back ordered items no matter what? I should mention that the Picking Ticket advanced pdf/html template I'm using has #list record.item as item and not #list salesorder.item as item for its item list iteration. Stanley AI mentioned salesorder.item shows a different set of items than record.item, though I haven't tried that yet.
Well, that wasn't it - I removed the only item with back order quantity from the Sales Order (this is in Sandbox) and now the Picking Ticket shows no items at all.
Ah, I think I know what it is - there are drop ship Purchase Orders on all the other items, but I think there were none on the line that was showing up. I suppose wouldn't make sense to have a drop-shipped item appear on a pick ticket, since that would imply that the item(s) were in two places at once, physically, wouldn't it?
I found another Sales Order to test the PDF template on, which has many items and no purchase orders dropshipped for it, and all its items show up on the pick ticket.
